In 2013, we published this document presenting a brief overview of its activities and those of our partners in Central Asia, over 15 years of commitment. The document first describes the impressive Ferghana valley and then presents the approach that guided the region’s projects, the results associated with them, their effects on the empowerment of local actors, and five lessons learned of these experiences.
